You've probably stumbled here by mistake, although another very plausable scenario is the usage of a search engine to find a particular string of text that have found their way onto this page.

A few people know of the existance of this blog in the great big thing which blogging evangelists call the "blogosphere". Some blogs even go the extra mile and redirect visitors from their blog to this one; the more this happens, a magical thing called an "Alexa rank" rises, making this blog more valuable. The only way this blog gets "linked" to is if there is a particularly interesting article for a large demographic. In theory, the better the content is, the higher the Alexa rank is, and therefore more advertising money.

Enough about the theory of the blog and on to the inner workings of the site itself.

The site is powered by the magnificently almost-perfect Textpattern. "Once you go TXP, you never go back!" is something I believe, and others have found the same thing. I have tried to evaluate a more modern CMS for this blog, but I have ultimately failed in finding a CMS that does what I was able to do in Textpattern. Touching, I know.
